GasSearch LLC is a San Antonio company owned and operated by people who live in south Texas and and do business in south Texas. Our philosophy is based on the premise that you do business with people that you know, like and trust. We try to earn that trust every day. Here are some simple guidelines on investing:

First and foremost, you should know the people with whom you are investing. GasSearch LLC is a small company that, although in business since 1982, has been in this location with LLC added to its name for two years.

Invest with people who know the oil and gas business. GasSearch LLC has a team of managers and Landman who work closely together with an independent geologist, geophysicist, attorney and CPA to evaluate for recommendation each investment property, and to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Know where your investment money is going. GasSearch LLC is locally owned and operated, with investments only in nearby Texas counties. Our investors are our partners, with whom we share the risks and will be glad to show them their oil and gas wells.

Invest in lower risk projects. GasSearch LLC offers investments in developmental fields where evidence of production in the area is well established. Then we use new techniques such as Radial Jet Enhancement, Jet Drilling and Enhanced Oil Recovery to maximize production.

Look for solid, conservative, transparent managment. GasSearch LLC keeps expenses low by maintaining a small office and paid staff, and passing on the savings to investors.

Be sure you can invest again in profitable ventures. As we develop a field or find new profitable opportunites, our investors have the first right of refusal before we advertise to outside buyers.

Support. We personally walk our investors through the entire investment process, from paperwork to well visits.
